Carina joined the Pine Bush Equine team in October 2024 when she moved to the beautiful Hudson Valley from the Gulf Coast of Florida. Carina has extensive experience in veterinary medicine with over 20 years as a veterinary technician in small animal general practice. She has spent many years in leadership roles within the hospital and began her transition to practice management in 2018.

As practice manager, Carina brings a people-first approach, grounded in the principles of servant-leadership. She has a strong focus on building a positive workplace culture, innovation to enhance client experience and top priority patient care.
